Breakfast pizza (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Lightly scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl with a whisk. Stir in the milk, garlic salt, and black pepper. Continue to stir with the whisk until the eggs are light and frothy.
- Spread the pizza crust out on a sheet pan making sure to press the dough up the sides of the pan.
- Brush the crust with olive oil and bakefor 7 minutes or until the dough begins to brown.
- Remove from the oven. Sprinkle the crust with 1 cup of the cheese and the spinach. Carefully pour the eggs over the cheese and spinach. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the manchego cheese.
- Bakeat 425 for 10 to 15 minutes or until the eggs have set and the cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from heat and place on a cutting board. Cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
