Crock pot indonesian chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Place chicken pieces in a crock pot.
  3. Spoon sauce mixture over top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat setting about 7 hours or until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  5. The chicken should start to shred easily.
  6. Remove chicken from crock pot and stir peanut butter into juices until smooth.
  7. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve with rice.
