Cinnamon and sugar chicken drums (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 8F.
  2. Melt butter and add minced garlic and soy sauce.
  3. Roll chicken pieces in butter mixture and place in greased baking dish.
  4. Mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle on chicken.
  5. Bake30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, turn pieces of chicken.
  7. Drizzle with butter mixture and remaining cinnamon and sugar.
  8. Return to the oven and bake20-30 minutes more or until juices run clear.
