- Combine the first 3 ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender.
- Just before serving, remove chicken amd shred with 2 forks.
- Add shredded chicken back into slow cooker, and stir in yogurt, and oregeno.
- Serve as a filling for pita bread.
