Recipe instructions

  1. Sautv beef, onions, and pepper until crumbly.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and set aside to drain.
  3. Put butter in omelet pan or skillet with heat on medium high and wait for butter to sizzle.
  4. Pour beaten egg into pan, tilting to cover entire bottom of pan, and turn heat to medium low.
  5. Sprinkle meat mixture on egg as it begins to set.
  6. When egg is firm enough, roll gently, as in jelly roll, browning lightly on the bottom as you roll it.
  7. When egg roll is done, turn out onto serving platter, and cut into pinwheel sections
