Kat's breakfast scramble (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
In a large skillet on medium heat cook the Bacon, when the bacon is halfway done add the sausage, Minced Garlic, Green and Red Bell Peppers, Red Onion. In another skillet prepare the Simply Diced Potatoes with Onions as per package. When potatoes are almost done add the two skillets together and mix well. Add Cayenne Pepper, Chile Pepper, salt and pepper mix well. Add the Eggs and staring until eggs and potatoes are done. Add cheese just before you remove from heat
