Tasty breakfast pizza (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Grease an 11x17\-inch baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Roll out and gently ease out the pizza dough to the edge of the baking sheet. Put the ham and cheese over the pizza dough.
- Combine the egg substitute, sour cream and onions in a medium bowl and beat together with a whisk until fluffy incorporated. Pour this mixture over the pizza.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bakefor 20 minutes until the pizza crust is crisp and golden brown.
