Frittata any way you want (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions
- Heat the olive oil, add the onion and garlic and the like. Cook until softened.
- Add the diced stuff that need cooking. Cook until browned. Cook with lid until cooked through. Veggies, meats, sausages -- be creative or just clean out the fridge.
- Add other things that don't need to be cooked. Heat uncovered till heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Mix the egg, herbs, cheese, salt and pepper to taste, together in a bowl, then pour over the stuff in the pan.
- Cook over a gentle heat for about 6 minutes or until just set. Then bakeit right in the skillet at 350 -400 F until set and brown.
- If you want to brown the top, place under your broiler.
- Top with any garnish you like.
- Serve immediately, cut into wedges, or allow to cool and serve cold.
