Nk's breakfast bowl (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. In microwave/seperate pans: Cook the bacon, then crumble it. Do the same with the sausage.
  2. Cook Hashbrowns till crisp then add jalapeno and garlic powder, saute onions and bell peppers.
  3. Once seperate components are near-complete crack eggs into a bowl, mix and pour bacon, sausage, onions, and bell peppers.
  4. Pour into pan with hashbrowns and began mixing everything.
  5. Add cheese and continue mixing.
  6. Once cheese melts enjoy!.
