Katrina's cauliflower salad (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower apart, removing stalks and core. Cut and crumble cauliflower florets into small pieces.
  2. Layer the lettuce on the bottom.
  3. Layer the cauliflower, onion, bacon.
  4. Repeat until lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon are used.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of cheese on the top.
  6. Seal with mayonaise.
  7. Chill overnight.
  8. Stir all ingredients to mix when ready to serve.
