Recipe instructions
- In a small bowl, combine Flavor Mixture ingredients; store in a small jar with a tight lid.
- Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of Flavoring Mixture (use your own judgment of how much you'd like to add) to your broccoli or cauliflower or asparagus (about a minute before serving, along with some melted butter and a couple hands-ful of crumbs. Stir well and finish heating per package instructions.
- I've sprinkled French-fried onions over the top (they don't get crunchy but they add enormous flavor!, and that's been met with rave reviews too.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese over the top OR another handful of crunchy bread crumbs and serve.
- This mixture (and the toasted crumbs) will jazz up even the most boring frozen veggies--into something sort-of special.
