Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Combine onions, goat cheese and crumbles bacon. Cut a 1\ wide slit in think end of chicken breast.
  2. Divide cheese mixture evenly among pockets. Secure with wooden picks. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a large ovenproof skillet, add 1 T oil. Add chicken to pan and saute 4 minute Turn chicken and place in oven for 12 minute Let stand 5 minute.
