Baked chicken with garlic and rosemary (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Wipe chicken with damp cloth and place in casserole dish.
  2. Mix oil, lemon juice, stock powder and seasoning together and drizzle over chicken.
  3. Add lemon slices, garlic cloves and rosemary.
  4. Roast in a preheated 200 8C oven for about 35 minutes.
  5. You will need to shake the pan from time to time during the cooking process to prevent sticking.
