Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 8.
- Take the chicken and with a knife cutting down the side of the back bone and on both side cut and remove the back bone. Spit the breast down the center without cutting in half. Repeat these steps and wash the spit chicken inside and outside. And pat dry with a paper towels. Place onto a baking pan and lightly oil chickens and place onto the pan and heavy season the chickens. Place into the oven and bakefor 45 minutes and turn off heat and let rest in the oven for the next 15 minutes. Remove the baking pan from oven and place onto the stove top to rest the roasted chickens before cutting
