Chicken bhuna masala (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. 1. Cook the chicken until tender.
  2. 2. When the chicken is nearly cooked, add the onion, peppers, garam masala, garlic, chilli and stir-fry for a few minutes .
  3. 3. Now add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and a dash of lemon juice.
  4. 4. Bring to the boil then simmer very slowly for an hour or so until the sauce is reduced by half to give a thick consistency and concentrated flavor.
  5. 5. Serve Hot.
