Greek style garlic chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly oil a large casserole dish.
  3. Add the chicken pieces.
  4. Rub the skin with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Peel and thinly slice the garlic.
  6. Top the chicken with the garlic and lemon juice.
  7. Place some of the spices between the skin and meat.
  8. Refrigerate covered for 1 hour.
  9. Drizzle the oil on the chicken and bakefor 50-60 minutes. (Or until tender and lightly brown..
  10. Baste often.
