Lemon herbed chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Place chicken on broiler pan, skin side down.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 of dry ingredients.
- Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat, for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Turn and sprinkle with other half of dry ingredients.
- Top with lemon slices, broil until brown- 15 to 20 minutes.
- We also use this recipe on our grill.
