Recipe instructions
- Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat and sautv garlic for 1 minute. Add artichokes and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Meanwhile in a food processor, add spinach, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, and hot sauce if using. Add garlic and artichoke mixture.
- Process all until thoroughly combined but still chunky. Scrape mixture into a serving bowl and serve.
- Options: Microwave dip on high for 2 minutes, until bubbling or heat in baking dish in oven for about 30 minutes at 350 8F
