Recipe instructions

  1. Melt butter and olive oil together.
  2. Sautv mushrooms and garlic a couple minutes then add spinach and sautv until just wilted and tender.
  3. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Garnish with crumbled feta cheese just before serving.
