Recipe instructions

  1. Add butter and cream cheese to pan over medium heat, stir until melted.
  2. Add garlic and heat until fragrant.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese and heavy cream and stir until combined.
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper and/or nutmeg.
  5. Add in spinach and stir to combine (if using fresh, make sure to chop spinach a bit).
  6. Serve as is, or with additional Parmesan cheese for topping.
