Chicken goujons (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Using a food processor, blend the bread to fine breadcrumbs.
- Mix breadcrumbs and sesame seeds and spread over a large baking tray.
- Dip the chicken in the beaten egg & coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lay the chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet and place in the fridge for 30mins.
- Spray chicken with the olive oil spray and oven cook for 10-15 minutes at 200 8c/Gas mark 6.
- Serve with tzatziki, guacamole or tomato salsa.
