Garlic and lemon roasted chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 8c, and prepare a roasting tin.
  2. Chop the chicken into serving sized pieces, and place in a large bowl
  3. Add the Lemon and Lime juices, olive oil, garlic salt and pepper, and mix together so that all the chicken is covered.
  4. Arrnage the chicken pieces in a roasting tin, and bakein the oven for 45 minutes.
