Herbed butter basted chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Heat grill.
  2. In small bowl, combine butter, thyme, sage, rosemary and garlic powder; mix well.
  3. Place chicken, skin side down, on grill over low heat.
  4. Cook 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning once and brushing frequently with basting butter.
  5. Discard any remaining butter.
