Low carb atkins wings (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Use the Atkins recipe to make All Purpose Low-Carb Baking Mix for this recipe. You will need half of a 1/3 cup (about 3 Tbsp) = half of a serving.
- Heat oven to 450 8F. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine chili powder, 2 Tbsp baking mix, cayenne, mustard and salt in a large resealable bag. Add half of the wingettes, and shake to coat.
- Transfer to pan, and repeat with remaining wingettes.
- Bake, turning occasionally, until crisp, browned and cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes. Transfer to a platter, and serve
