Quick chicken fajitas (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- In a large skillet heat oil & butter together, add chicken, sautee until chickens color changes, add cumin and lime juice, stir until chicken is coated, add pepper & onion blend and garlic, sautee until vegetables are tender, add salsa, stir all ingredients together, simmer for 10 minutes allowing liquid to reduce, add mushrooms, spoon onto tortillas, add cheese and sour cream. Enjoy!
- Serve with spanish rice, black beans, and guacamole'!
- May also be used over corn chips as chicken Fajita Nachos!.
