Recipe instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet.
- Brown chicken pieces lightly and place in large pot.
- Add to skillet and brown lightly, smoked meat, scallions, carrot and garlic.
- Add flour, parsley flakes, majoram, bay leaf, salt, pepper, and wine and bring to a simmer.
- Pour over chicken.
- The chicken should be covered.
- Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
- Add mushrooms during last 5 minutes.
- Your house will smell great.
- Serve with rice.
