Recipe instructions
- Cut the chicken into kebab size cubes.
- Finely chop the garlic.
- Mix all the ingredients (including the chicken) in a bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least two hours.
- Once you are ready to cook, preheat your grill to 500 degrees.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook on each side for about five minutes or until you feel the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with basmati rice.
