Herb-marinated chicken breasts (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Place all ingredients into a zip-lock bag.
- Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Turn occassionally.
- Heat up grill.
- When hot, place chicken breast on grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes depending on chicken size.
- Turn chicken once turning cooking and continue to brush with marinate.
- Don't use marinate after cooking, discard.
