White knight pizza (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 8F.
  2. Spread cold pesto over pizza crust.
  3. Sautv chicken with olive oil and salt and pepper. Add onions for last 5 minutes of cooking time.
  4. Add chicken onion mixture over pesto and spread out evenly.
  5. Slice tomato and place slices out over chicken and onions.
  6. Spread mozzarella over the entire pizza.
  7. Toast pine nuts in a dry non-stick skillet until slightly brown.
  8. Sprinkle toasted nuts over cheese and bakepizza at 450 8F for 11 minutes.
