Baked chicken breasts with parmesan crust (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix the mustard, thyme, cayenne and egg. Put in large Ziplock and add chicken breasts. Mix until chicken is coated.
- Mix Parmesan and panko crumbs in a shallow bowl. Dredge chicken pieces through this mix, coating evenly and heavily.
- Spray baking pan with nonstick spray. Add chicken in single layer to baking pan. Bakefor 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is golden and cooked through.
