Baked chicken breasts with parmesan crust (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix the mustard, thyme, cayenne and egg. Put in large Ziplock and add chicken breasts. Mix until chicken is coated.
  3. Mix Parmesan and panko crumbs in a shallow bowl. Dredge chicken pieces through this mix, coating evenly and heavily.
  4. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray. Add chicken in single layer to baking pan. Bakefor 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is golden and cooked through.
