Block party salsa chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat grill to med.-high. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning and let sit 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mis salsa, preserves, lemon juice and chili powder in small bowl and set aside.
  3. Grill chicken 3 minutes. Turn and cook 3 minutes on other side.
  4. Brush with salsa mixture and turn. brush other side with salsa. cook approximately 2 minutes, carefully to prevent burning. Turn and continue cooking until internal temperature reads 165 degrees at thickest point.
