Baked spicy citrus chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix dressing, juice concentrate, chili powder, and salt in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip the chicken in the dressing mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
  4. Place in a single layer in a foil-lined shallow baking pan.
  5. Discard remaining dressing mixture.
  6. Bakechicken 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions and slivered almonds.
  8. Serve with your favorite side dish and vegetable.
