Chicken italianio (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Oven 350.
  2. Heat skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Brown chicken in oil for 6 minutes per side.
  5. Remove to oven-safe baking dish.
  6. Combine ricotta with oregano and 1 cup crushed tomatoes.
  7. Spoon 1/4 cup of cheese/tomato mixture onto chicken.
  8. Sprinkle 1/2 oz of mozzarella ontop of chicken
  9. Bake20 minutes.
