Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange chicken breasts on prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken. Sprinkle with cumin and salt. Bake20 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over chicken; bake5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Transfer to serving platter.
- Spoon diced tomatoes evenly over each chicken breast. Sprinkle with ciltrano.
