Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut the chicken breasts into approximately 2\x1\ pieces and place in 9\x13\ baking dish.
- Melt the margarine in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add the garlic, scallions, parsley, dill, oregano, salt and pepper and cook for two minutes.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces.
- Bakefor 10 minutes, turn chicken pieces over, and bakefor another 10 minutes.
- Turn oven to broil and put chicken under broiler for 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned
