Easy parmesan chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter.
  3. Roll chicken pieces in Ritz cracker crumbs, coating all sides.
  4. Place in 13 x 9 glass pan.
  5. Sprinke top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bakeuncovered at 350 for 35-45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
