Easy parmesean chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- In large non-stick skillet, heat oil.
- Put parmesean cheese on a piece of waxed paper or on plate.
- Sprinkle in black pepper to taste & toss with fingers to mix.
- Press chicken breasts into cheese. Shake off excess & turn to coat other side.
- Place chicken in hot skillet. Leave until can see that it looks about 1/2 cooked, about 10 minutes. Turn over and leave until completely cooked, about 7-10 minutes or until you have a crispy cheese crust on both sides.
- Enjoy!.
