Recipe instructions

  1. Lightly flour chicken breast halves. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Brown chicken lightly in melted butter. Put meat in greased baking dish. Top with mushrooms, parsley, tomatoes & cream.
  2. Bakecovered at 350 deg for 45 minutes. Uncover. Top with cheese & bakeuntil cheese melts- about 10 minutes.
