Parmesan chicken breasts (recipe)


  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine everything except butter and chicken.
  4. Dip chicken in butter; coat with bread crumb mixture and place in prepared pan.
  5. Bake20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
