Recipe instructions
- In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over med-high hear until very hot. In medium bowl, combine flour and pepper. Add chicken; toss to coat.
- Place chicken in skillet and cook, stirring frequently until it just loses it's pink color throughout, 4-6 minute Transfer chicken to plate.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add onion to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, 3-4 minute Transfer to plate with chicken.
- Increase heat to high. Add broth to skillet. Cook until sauce has thickened slightly, 6-8 minute With wire whisk, whisk in mustard. Return chicken and onion to skillet; heat through
