Recipe instructions
- Combine lime juice, lime peel, garlic, oregano, thyme and pepper to taste. Pour over chicken breasts in a large bowl, turning the chicken to coat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning every so often.
- Preheat grill to medium (300 ?-350 ?). Remove chicken from marinade. If you wish to use the marinade as a sauce, boil it in a saucepan first.
- Place chicken on grill, on direct heat until grill marks appear, about 10-12 minutes each side.
- Remove and let stand for at least 5 minutes. Serve with lime slices
