Weight watchers baked chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 ?F.
  2. Coat a small, shallow roasting pan with cooking spray.
  3. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer chicken to prepared pan and drizzle with oil; sprinkle with lemon juice, rosemary and parsley.
  5. Pour broth around chicken to coat bottom of pan.
  6. Bakeuntil chicken is cooked through, about 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh lemon and serve.
  8. Yields 1 chicken breast half per serving.
