S'more chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Brown meaty chicken pieces in butter with sliced onion and minced garlic.
  2. Place browned chicken and onions in pressure cooker.
  3. Dump remaining ingredients over chicken.
  4. Heat on high until pressure cooker top starts to rock, then reduce heat to medium-high.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes.
  6. (Can also be simmered on the stovetop. Serve over rice with sauce.
