Chicken w/provencal sauce (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Beat chicken to 1/2 inch thick.
- Sprinkle chicken w/ saltl and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken to oil and cook 6 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
- Add garlic to pan and cook 1 minute.
- Add broth and herbes de provence and bring to a boil and deglaze.
- Cook until broth mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add butter and lemon juice to pan stirring until melted.
- Serve sauce over chicken
